Fully Debited but no service connection

Day 12 and still no one can tell me whats happening to my Fibre line. You debited me the full amount for a product I have never used. Abdul-Maalik Adams has been in contact with me a few times but he cant even give me a solution or seem to have the knowledge to resolve this query. I had cancelled my adsl line with a another ISP, now im 12 days without internet and having to purchase 4g data bundles at network rates.

"You have been able to connect since this complaint was posted" No my connection was only resolved the evening of the 14th, Note the duration of the call on the 15th, over an hour. Another issue picked up was that You debited me 20/20 which i signed up for but actually was on a 20/2. Is this the compensation you offer me a mere "A credit has been passed on your account as well for the period that you were not able to use the service." Below is my FB inbox message sent to mweb do you think that your above response suffices compensation for all the inconveniences I had to endure. Good day, please advise what is happening with my account as now its not on the 20 20 uncapped package. It took 15 days for my connection to be resolved. I made multiple calls to both you and Vumatel. Abdul Malik is fully aware of this. I would like to know how I will be compensated for this including time calls data inconveniences that I endured trying to resolve the issues that I should not have had to go through. Awaiting your response. Regards, Kersan Pillay
