Frustrating Set Up Process

I've been disappointed by the customer service for setting up my Wi-Fi at my new home. I was assured that the router is plug and play (when I asked that a technician be sent to help on the first day), which was not the case. Then after receiving some help on the helpline, it was impossible to get hold of the agent again and had to start the process all over. We are still not set up.
