Frustrating service

I keep on getting buffering and bad picture quality on 100/50 package and it is only 4 devices using the wifi 2 x phones and 2 x smart TV.

I only watch mostly from late afternoon and as evening progresses, the quality deteriorates.

It is very frustrating because calling is often a waste because holding on too long, calls being dropped referred to and from just not good customer service
