Frustrating recurring connectivity issue

I logged quite a few tickets for the same recurring issue where my internet is barely usable after 19:00 in the evening up until about 22:00-22:30

I wanted to log a support ticket on the mweb website but now I cant even do that.

(Ref No: MWB***8,MWB***3,MWB***5,MWB***9,MWB***8) to mention a few, then its fixed for a while and it becomes a problem again. It's unacceptable!!!

Im paying for 400/400 not an odd 9/90 or even 4/200 R995 is a lot of money to pay for a product that doesnt work the way it should when I need it the most.

Please resolve my issue once and for all!!!
