Frustrating Experience with Poor Support and Unreliable Service

I've been using Mweb for a year now, and honestly, it's been a deeply disappointing experience. The internet connection is unreliable with frequent drops, and the speeds often fall well below what I'm paying for. Streaming and video calls are constantly interrupted, which makes working from home almost impossible.

What's even worse is their customer service. Trying to get help is like shouting into the void, long wait times, unhelpful responses, and no real accountability. I've tried calling multiple times with no real resolution, and the support team either gives generic answers or blames “network maintenance” without offering a clear timeline or fix.

I expected a lot more from a provider that advertises stability and support. Unless Mweb seriously improves its service quality and responsiveness, I can’t recommend them to anyone. I urge someone to call me immediately since its not possible to get hold of you!
