Frustrating Customer Service and Unjustified Account Suspension

I've had a terrible experience with their customer service. I've been trying to reach them for the past two weeks, and now they've suspended my account with an increased bill. I have no idea where or how to make the payment because I can't get in touch with anyone, and their app is completely unhelpful.
