Frustrated with Delays and Lack of Communication

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from MWEB. I placed an order for installation, but there has been no clear communication from their side. I constantly had to call and follow up myself, and every time I was left with vague promises and no progress.

After speaking to a consultant (Jason), I decided to cancel my order because I cannot trust a service provider that does not value their customers’ time or provide proper updates. The delays feel endless, and the lack of professionalism is concerning.

This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and I hope MWEB takes accountability and improves their service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
