Frustrated

Honestly you guys are pathetic, its my 3rd day now, when i call i dont get warned they gonna transfer me i jist hear another voice. I need to pay for my order , why could you not keep the simple way available to pay online, why do i have to wait for a voucher? Why cant you debit off my account when i request ehy do i have to wait 14 working days.

The 1st call i made i couldnt make pit what the chick was saying , she needs to stick to her accent then maybe she will be fluent.

2nd call i was innhold for 11mins 23 seconds all to be transfered to someone that cannot help me.

3rd call beautiful young lady assisted me and told me the issue, however YOUR BACK OFFICE should respond so i get my payment sorted.
