Frustrated

I have not struggled so much to change a pay date in my life. Last week Friday when I contacted mweb on whatsapp I will send from department to department just to change my pay date from the current pay date to the 1st of the month. My pay date is still not changed and I will be disconnected if this is not sorted out today the last agent I spoke to eventually referred me to Vumatel when I contacted vumatel they said they have nothing to do with the payday I need to go back to mweb .what exactly do I need to do this is the worst service ever it's ridiculous
