Have you tried calling Mweb? I used my entire months airtime calling almost every day for the last 6 days. My average waiting period is about 12 minutes. If I’m in the queue and there’s literally 60 people in the queue I hang up.

A consultant kindly called me back she I said I was waiting in the queue for 10 minutes. She said she will check the status of my order, put me on hold for about 5 minutes then the call was dropped.
