From Afrihost to Mweb and Back again

I logged a ticket after changing from Afrihost to Mweb. The ticket stated that My internet slowed down to a standstill after 6PM. TT Connect reset the ont but it still is slow.

After trying to log a new ticket the next day online, I get a message saying that I have reached my limit of new tickets? I only logged one!!!!!!? Trying to update my existing ticket I get an error message.

I am only trying to log onto Battlenet which is one of the most widely accessible gaming platforms in the world.

Back to Afrihost and their super under skilled accounts department then . . . . .
