Frogfoot battery backup and loadshedding

I was guaranteed by both MWEB and FROGFOOT, that I would not go down during loadshedding, as long as my router had power. Frogfoot told me they had generators in the nodes that could handle the load shedding. Frogfoot are refusing to handle my complaint. They need MWEB to lodge an investigation with them. MWEB are saying they now can't guarantee connections. Which is exactly what I requested before signing up and cancelling my ADSL.
