********** and Useless. Utter ****.

I have never been so appalled by the utter lack of respect shown to a customer. After a 6 month back and forth with MWeb, spending thousands on data as I had no wifi, hours listening to call centre music trying to remedy my issues, and over 1K debit orders which did not make sense since I was only signed up for a R450 contact, I have nothing else to say but MWeb is a ****. As a young adult I do not make a lot of money, I have been left with drips and drabs of a budget as all my money has been sapped up by MWeb only for them to tell me “my issue has been escalated”. To whom is yet to be revealed. Do NOT trust this company.
