********** Act

I am extremely shocked and disappointed with Mweb and they have not given me joy as yet after doing a ********** act, I have made numerous calls to the sales support team and the accounts department, all they do is transfer me back and forth to both these departments.

They approved a 12 month wifi contract with my Identity number along with my ex partners details and given him this contract without my consent.

I am unemployed and facing a financial crisis at the moment also with having a medical condition, I am in no position currently to work and I will not pay for something I am not liable for.

They certainly don't take they security measures seriously. I am in a divorce process at the moment and my soon to be ex husband has no right in taking a contract under my name without my permission and Mweb has allowed it without authorization from myself.

I am taking this further and I am seeking legal advice because the contract hasn't been paid since it was taken out on the 4th of November 2020 till date, its now in arrears and Mweb is hounding me for payment yet I did not take this contract out and I haven't given permission or consent to this contract with Mweb.

I am extremely upset and disappointed.
