In regards with your reply below.... THIS IS INCORRECT, WE DID NOT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH MWEB!! How much clarity do you need?

I insist on a copy of the documents that was provided seen that you say all the information was provided? Provided by who? I want to see the id number that was given and the signature on this contract!!

When i signed up with wirulink i had to send through copy of id, proof of residence, 3x moths bank statements so that they can do an itc check, after that, i had to sign the contract and email it back. So if you have the correct details on the system where are these documents provided by us stating that we have a contract with mweb? This is not ***** from my bank, this is ***** from mweb, because you have a phone recording with a “Susan” using our banking details and you signed her up without getting the proper documentation stating that she is the account holder on our banking details. My bank has nothing to do with this, your documentation was not provided by that client and you signed her up with a contract with somebody else’s banking details, in which case this is our banking details. It is for this reason that any institute ask for 3 months bank statement so that they can check it with the id copy provided.

I send you an affidavit stating that this is not our account, which means its under oath, more than what i can say for your way in doing business.

I called today, just to be cut off after 15min on the phone with the man in accounts department, as soon as they hear the story, they cut the line, which also tells me you do not have facts to prove me wrong and you are not investigating the problem.

Seen that according to your accounts department this contract is still active, means that you phoned the lady and got the correct banking details from her, knowing that the banking details was wrong from November 2019 but you will not do the right thing and refund us our money, because you know this is ***** from your side.

I know by now, almost 3 months later, that you will not refund us, because you cannot even state facts or prove me wrong. So with saying this i hope you sleep well at night knowing that you take other people’s money without refunding them when you are caught out.

When will somebody with some knowledge actually contact me instead of just sweeping this matter under the rug and taking our money?
