***** IN MWEB

I AM NOT A MWEB client and an amount was launched on my account via debit order. On whose authorisation? SO this is *****, and I have been holding on the telephone for 10 minutes with no joy. This is how they ***** money in peoples account. I will report this incident to PASA as well because I did not give my consent for a debit order. How easy is this to just take money from someone's bank account. Nowhere on the website is there an email or ***** line or a call centre that can be called. Please call me back ASAP if you even care.
