Forced application gone wrong

On the 18th of June I started my application for internet/WiFi connection. Till today I have not been assisted. First I was sent from Pilar to post being told my ISP is still active. No one of your trained agents believed me when I said I've never had internet with any of the mentioned service providers. I had to continue to call until one person advised that this could be caused by previous tenant. This agent advised me to send through my lease agreement which I eventually did. I received automated response from you confirming receipt. Today I call to follow up and I'll told information hasn't been received and I need to send again.

Guys how ??? Is it not enough that you people have ganged up on us and collaborating with complexes to ensure that you monopolies this service offerings? Now you are ignoring the same people you opted to loot ? Guys I need you to provide me with internet and stop this.
