Fon Router doesn't include extender

On the Mweb website, with regards to the Fon Router, it clearly speaks about the wifi extender. It gives the specifications of the wifi extender. When my router arrived, in the instruction booklet, it also shows how to set up the wifi extender. HOWEVER, no wifi extender was sent to me. I contacted Mweb about the missing exdender and they said that it is no longer included, it only used to be. Well their site (Which I ordered my router from) made it seem as though it was included, as did the instruction manual. So how can it now suddenly not be??
