Followed correct procedure – MWEB not bothered
Hi – still no feedback? I informed Mweb about my move a month ago, two weeks ago I gave them the new address and confirmed moving date is the 25th of February. Is now Wednesday and I still don’t have fibre, I desperately need for my work. I have had to buy data and it cost me almost R1000.00 already (from Friday to Wednesday) I NEED SOMEONE TO ACTION THIS!
