Follow the prompts..WHAT PROMPTS. - PATHETIC SERVICE

PATHETIC!!! Poor communication, call center a MESS, long waiting times, no clear direction. My husband and I are both working from home and this is impacting our work! Tried to purchase a voucher, unable to do so... I was informed by the call center staff to "wait" until voucher expires... Then you will get prompts "JA RIGHT" NOW I AM WITHOUT ANY INTERNET and still at square 1..unable to purchase a voucher or change to debit ORDER.NO PROMPTS!!!! SHOCKINGLY PATHETIC Service and ALL I want to do is just purchase a voucher.. How difficult is that suppose to be!!!!
