Flippen useless Mweb!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I really would. How the hell do you guys charge me R1200, when I took up the deal where by the 1st month I don't get charged for anything. I've reached out 4 times. Twice on the queries tab on your site and twice on twitter. NO RESPONSE!!! AND THEN YOU GUYS TERMINATE MY CONTRACT AND TELL ME THAT I NEED TO PAY R1007 for termination!!!! Are you guys insane!!!!!!
