Fix your mess!

Unfortunately have to complaint about their feedback system. I have now logged two tickets MWB***3 AND MWB***4. Both were closed with no resolution - had fibre installed @ my house and the installation teams left our paving in a mess. We require them to come and fix this. Since 8th January when I logged the case, I have not had one call from anyone. The only feedback is - It's with the sales team. Also had to send a mail to the Sales box, which was not functional.
