First world service delivery needs to start at companies such as MWEB.

I am tired of having to chase enterprises to obtain the services that I have paid for. I am tired of having to chase enterprises to obtain money that they owe me. (but gosh darnit you don't pay them, they can hold you accountable very fast) I am tired of having to continuously fight for getting the service that you are paying for.

We as consumers need to start creating a better demand for better quality service for "Luxury services " such as Internet, mobile contracts to purchasing something online. These corporate companies don't care about consumers, because they can continuously deduct money from you without ever having to deal with consequences. They will provide you with a services far superior to what they make it out to be. When do we say its enough? When are they going to DO MORE for us as their clients? First world services delivery starts at enterprises such as MWEB. And more needs to be done to make them do more.
