First time for everything

<p>Never in my entire life have I come upon great service like this before, about 3 months ago Iapp**** for an ADSL line through Telkom, and then placed an order for data on MWEB's website. A few days later I received a call from a MWEB internet specialist called Scott Ross, from the get go he was friendly, informative and extremely helpful, he continously followed up about my ADSL connection for me as Telkom was absolutely horrible (took them three months to come a activate an existing line). Over the three months Scott Ross kept me up to date, gave me calls to find if any progress from Telkom's side had been made, whilst constantly being friendly and extremely helpful, if all companies had an employee like Scott Ross, South africa would just be a better place (not even exaggerating). MWEB give Scott Ross a raise, because he definitely deserves it. Thank you once again to Scott for the great service from day one, keep up the hardwork.</p>
