Find a better service provider BEFORE trying MWEB (Internet Solutions)

As per reading through the previous 1 star reviews of MWEB, I can attest to their technical department's lack of training, skills and problem solving abilities. I have reported a drop of speed on my UNCAPPED FIXED WIRELESS LTE from 10Mbps to a pathetic constant of 0.2Mbps. It has been 5 days of constant everyday phone calls to the "technical" department and even going as far as contacting MTN themselves with this issue; the result being MWEB stating the problem is not on their side and MTN saying that they do not have access to the SIM and it is for MWEB as my service provider to resolve this issue. The blame gets pushed back and forth with one company just escalating it to the next. As a previous employee of Dimension Data I am disgusted at the lack of service and training these staff members have been provided. If your script starts and ends with "did you restart your router after load-shedding" then I call bull**** on your skills. I am completely off-grid and have been for 10 years, I have extensive network and IT experience, I run a Poynting Dual polarised Yagi antenna and the only thing effected is my download speed, upload has not changed. All this information was provided and still no resolve. Please don't ask me again to restart my router and run a speed test, fix your infrastructure and provide some damn service to me and these other customers who pay you or you will shut your doors as quick as MultiChoice is going down with the tide. Internet Solutions won't hang around forever with this type of 1.4 star reputation you've built up for yourself.
