Fibre Upgrade issues.

I requested an upgrade from 10Mbps fiber to 100 Mbps fiber last week. On my portal, it's already showing that I am on 100Mbps but i am still getting only 10Mbps speeds. I have tried getting through to your helpdesk and getting more info and logging a query on the portal. The only feedback to date is that the issue is with Openserv. I need this upgrade as I am working from home and need the additional bandwidth. If Mweb can't help me I will take my services to someone that can. Rain can send me a router with SIM in less time.

This has never been an issue. Upgrades used to be enabled the same day.
