Fibre Throttled but usage not reached

Fibre throttled

I have had Mweb (via Openserve) since Nov 2018 total usage was 101GB, Dec 158GB, now in January total usage is 101GB but it is being throttled.

I pay on a monthly basis & this throttling is unacceptable. Package says 10mbps (uncapped 175GB) on a monthly basis before throttling.
