FIBRE STILL NOT INSTALLED

I placed an order through Mweb at the end of March , had a technician call me and try an arrange installation . I advised him I would installation to take place mid April. They came on Thursday 15th April 2021 but we needed access to my neighbors yard to run cables and that they would have to come back Friday called Mweb Friday morning to have the same team come out as access was granted. I've been waiting for my Fibre ever since and expressed I need the fibre before the 30th as my rain will expire on the 30th of April. I have called Mweb everyday and they have kept promising that it will be done and that they have escalated the issue over and over again. The service received by the parties is absolutely disgraceful pathetic.
