Fibre Pathetic

We had fibre installed at the beginning of February and its been more off than on. Two weeks ago I logged a complaint and they said someone would come out and check our equipment. Nobody ever came and then we got an sms to say our fibre has been sorted out, which is a total lie as it is still giving problems.
