Fibre not installed for more than a month.

Very disappointed and frustrated. I app**** for Fibre and paid on 12/07/22 and was told it takes max 10 days to install. Today is the 16/08/22 and still not installed and not getting any feedback on progress. I was told the error is due to my payment not updated on their side and it will be fixed, that was more than a week ago.
