Fibre non existent
Mweb! Where do i start with mweb. I cant say they offer bad service because im paying for no service. A sales consultant sold me mweb in Feb. I have paid my initial fee of 249 for activation. Till today I dont have fibre as they have not sent Open Serve out to install a line. U have paid fees for services I do not have. 2 days ago another rep called and advised that they loaded the contract wrong and they need to sort it out with the correct information. Today they took off another amount of 248 which was paid already on the 11th of Feb as a new contract. They have an app that is useless no1 gets back to you. They have a WhatsApp chat they never respond to and I have spent R100s of Rands on calls waiting for the last 2 month. I must beg and speak to multiple people for a service I am not receiving.
