Fibre never worked but billed for installation

I waited for 3 months to relocate my fibre.The new ont box was finally installed on the 5th of May but to date it is not working. I have called countless times and I get the same response that my matter is being escalated and they apologize. Now they have sent me a bill to pay for installation that has never worked. I am appalled by the experience I have received...I cannot help but wonder if this is the consequence of the limited companies that provide fibre that makes them not care to this extent.....I am warning everyone who wants to sign up for fibre....try another company Regards Matilda
