Fibre MWEB Poor service

Bad service, I am billed for a router that has not been delivered and the courier people **** that I was not available whereas I did not receive their call for delivery. After holding for almost an hour Customer care told me that the router will be delivered yesterday and still have not received my router. I regret signing up with them
