Fibre line speed upgrade not actioned since 17th Aug

Sent a request to upgrade my fibre line speed on the 17th of Aug and its still not actioned. Called every second day since then to follow up, wait 30 mins on the line each time and get told the same story of escalation. I am a new subscriber (started in May this year) and this poor service has left a very poor taste in my mouth. Absolutely not impressed at all and already researching a new vendor.
