Fibre Internet Off - MWEB not answering calls

My MWEB fibre internet connection is down and I cannot contact Technical Support to report the issue. The number stays engaged as well as all the other contact numbers I have for MWEB. This is very frustrating. It is like they know there is an issue on the fibre network and are deliberately not answering their phones.
