fibre installation

I pre apply'd for a fibre line. The time they phoned me to tell me that the fibre lines is active in the area and they want to come and install i told them that i was moving away from that house and that they must cancel they order. i then got sms to tell me that my line was installed at my house and no one was even there and no line was installed. then mweb send me a bill for installation of R2500 that was due. i called them for the last month a few times to sort this out and they did not even bother. the debit order has gone of my acount this month. i have called them 3 times after and no one really does anything about it. i will not recommend mweb at all and thing i will move my other service also away from them.
