fibre installation

4 days ago I made payment upfront for fibre installation. Neither Mweb nor Vumatel has contacted me to make an appointment for installation. After holding for 10 min, Mweb says they cant assist me with my fibre installation. It is pathetic that Mweb cannot give me an update on why the installers have not contacted me yet. I have been referred back and forth and 4 days later, still no contact from anyone.
