Fibre installation

My order was placed on the 3rd of August already. Still nothing has been delivered!!!!!!!!!!

Then Saturday I also received a call to say Vodacom will come install on Sunday - no one was here on Sunday, yet when I phone that call centre, the technician tells the agent that I am not giving them permission to go ahead.

How pathetic is this process.
