Fibre down

Extremely disappointed. Our fiber has been down for 5 days on a business line. I have called but no response and I have used the whatsapp number. On two occasions they did assist. Only for the chat to restart or have no response at all. 5 days is far to long to long to be told what I already know. We need answers.
