Fibre contract cancellation.

Its been one good week trying to cancel my MWEB contract after a price increase and up to now I haven't got any assistance. My call is nicely answered by Sales and when I mention the word "cancel", I am transferred to the Cancellations where maybe no one works there anymore. The phone just ring with no answer no matter which time of the day you cross your finger and dare again.
