Fibre contract and dem

We took out a contract with Mweb in December 2020 for Wifi with Fibre. We were residing in Newcastle then. We told them that in February we are relocating to Durban The agent told my son that it won't be a problem when we relocate because Mweb will send someone to the new location to install the unit. To our shock when we wanted to make that arrangement we were told that there is no fibre where we are and our contract had to be cancelled and we had to pay cancellation fee for the contact.
