Fibre connectivity - very poor service

Terrible service from Mweb. I have made over 25 calls to them and spoke to numerous consultants repeating the story every time. It is a month later and they have incepted my package and still no fibre connected! Pathetic. Really poor service that nobody has done anything to simply give Vumatel the instruction to install the box, thats all Vumatel need.. an instruction from Mweb..and people don't phone back as they promised. Would like to cancel and choose another service provider.
