FIBRE CONNECTION PROBLEMS

We had fibre installed a few months ago with MWEB as I have been a client of theirs with ADSL for many years. The fibre connection is shocking. Sometimes connection dropping 20 x per day. After complaining they were going to send me another piece of hardware which is meant to rectify this. (***) I am still waiting for a this to be delivered. I am now going to find out what action I can take to cancel this contract
