Fibre connection

Yoliswa from sales was assisting me with getting fibre for my townhouse I’m moving into tomorrow. I was told I’d receive a router at my work this week and have not. I emailed her yesterday and today with no reply, I phoned the helpline and left a message for her-she didn’t call me back. All I want to knowu is when I will have fibre as I need it by 18th feb to work from home and she’s gone silent in the last 2 days.
