Fibre Cable in Helderblom

I am very disappointed in MWeb, they don not resolve a problem. I want to cancel my services that I have with them, without any Joy, they want me to pay a penalty, but went I started with them it was a month to month bases. I have many phone calls to them hold on for 20 to 30th minutes before anybody answers. I believe I should stop the debit order against my account.
