Fibre

Mweb just refuses to entertain my fibre installation reques***** now 5 months.consultants phone,promising everything.telesales ladies speak to me promising everything.i am a existing paying customer of this service provider for 10 months now.all I ask is a responsible employee to speak to me:not dishing up excuses,but just to do what they were instructed to do.install the fibre.i have never experienced this kind of service before.they just dont care.
