Fibre

I have been a Mweb customer for years and have been very happy. Recently however I tried to upgrade to fibre for my business. The experience was extremely frustrating ( their automated phone system left you in a loop unable to verify my account) and the sales people (when I eventually got through to somebody) ,rude and unhelpful. They left me in tears. I had to change service providers. Thanks Mweb for nothing.
