wow the customer service I received today was very bad spoke to 2 agent first one just left the chat Dali Mani no response I had an issue where mweb disconnected my services as which debit goes through the 26th of each month yesterday never went of logged into my mweb mobile there is link to make payment which I have done so service still not connected spoke to Refqah he says that payment was for webconnect package which I never used for matter fact was never installed how can I be billed for something I never had he was pushing me to sales department not listening to what I said for all the years I am with mweb this horrible service I received I want my refund it's clear there is some ***** happening there please contact me urgently Meagan Lucas ***
