Fiber - Pathetic and Nightmare to deal with MWEB

Nightmare to deal with these people. I am trying to switch my fiber to MWeb, Cancelled exist and app**** for Mweb, Then drama started. Pathetic response. Order created and cancelled automatically when I called support (need to wait for long, average 10 minutes), the lady says it cancelled due to system error. Then I have to recapture. did as it my mistake. I chased with Openserve to change B Number to Mweb, when I called Mweb, to send router and user details, the operator says it’s 14 days turnaround so I must wait. What I should wait for infrastructure is ready then what? You don’t know how pathetic the call center people are, will say call you back they never do. If you leave number to call back no way you get call back. I made big mistake by choosing mweb.
