Fiber not activated

I have taken a fiber contract 3 weeks ago ....them advertising 2 mths free fiber.... fitment done 2 weeks ago and after numerous calls to them they are still blaming vumatel for hardware issues .....I called vumatel and have a ref number and all in order there side.... till today fiber has not been activated and they still blaming vumatel
